Wind River®, the world's leading provider of embedded software for smart connected systems , today announced that a number of new members have joined its TItanium Cloud program. The Titanium Cloud program is dedicated to accelerating the deployment of NFV solutions. New members include: Check Point®, ConteXtream, Cyan, Intel® Security, Ixia, Qosmos, and Spirent. Prior to this, Artesyn, ASTRI, Brocade, GENBAND, HP, Kontron, Metaswitch, Nakina and Overture have joined the program.
As the Titanium Cloud program expands, existing members continue to roll out NFV solutions based on the Wind River Titanium Server NFV infrastructure platform. For example, the Institute of Applied Science and Technology (ASTRI) has introduced a VNF LTE small base station gateway and security gateway optimized for Titanium Server.
