The meeting reviewed and approved Mr. Lin Xiaohui as the company's deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors. Mr. Lin Xiaohui does not currently hold shares in the company. He has no relationship with the company's directors, supervisors, other senior management personnel and shareholders and actual controllers holding more than 5% of the company's shares. He has not received any relevant advice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant authorities.
