IEK's annual growth rate of PCB production is 13%

According to the IEK latest report of the Institute of Industrial Technology, the output value of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in Taiwan this year was 2.18 percentage points higher than the previous estimate, and the annual growth rate was 13.47%. According to Jiang Kefeng, a senior analyst at IEK, the increase in PCB annual output is mainly due to the effect of the 311 earthquake in Japan. The transfer order is concentrated in the high-order high-density connection (HDI) board and the flexible printed circuit board (FPC). I believe that The impact of the second quarter and the third quarter will gradually surface. Therefore, the increase in the value of PCB production in Taiwan this year will increase. IEK originally estimated that Taiwan’s PCB output value was 5.49 billion U.S. dollars last year, and it was recently revised down to 5.42 billion U.S. dollars; at the end of last year, the estimated output value of this year was 6.11 billion U.S. dollars, with an annual growth rate of 11.29%, and it is now adjusted upwards to 6.15 billion U.S. dollars with an annual growth rate of 13.47%.
