Fujitsu Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the latest LED driver chip MB39C602 series that supports PWM dimming. This series of chips is the latest LED driver chip series developed by Fujitsu Semiconductor. The MB39C601 LED driver chip introduced before MB39C602 can support TRIAC dimming AC/DC.
The MB39C602 series adopts Flyback topology with active PFC, supports PWM dimming, and has adjustable switching time or opening frequency to support output constant current or constant voltage mode. The LED driver chip features high power factor (>0.9), high efficiency (>85%), low EMI, and full voltage (AC 85~265V input) with a maximum power of 50W (200V input).
The MB39C602 series chips are available in SOP-8 package, 3.9mm × 5.05mm × 1.75mm (pin pitch 1.27mm). The chip is suitable for general lighting applications, including LED bulbs, LED downlights, LED spotlights, LED tubes, LED ceiling lamps, etc.
