At present, the domestic market share of outdoor packaging products in the country is gradually increasing.

As the main product of Smect, EMC has been expanding since last year, and will continue to expand production in 2017, plans to double capacity. In addition, 2835 products will continue to expand production.

This year, in addition to EMC, Smect will also focus on SMC as a layout, and will increase its investment in large-size EMC products such as 5050 and 7070. Because, in the future, the market needs high-power, high-density light source products.

In addition, CSP will also be part of the layout. At present, we have mature CSP products to market.

Entering 2017, it is expected that the general trend of the price of packaged products will gradually stabilize, and it may also rise steadily. Because raw material prices have risen, labor costs have risen, and corporate competition has gradually returned to rationality.

When visiting the design institute, I found that the application of LED products in the road lighting is about 25 meters high. The reason for the communication is that the existing LED lamps are mostly modular, and the shape of the lamps is windward. Too big to have a safety hazard. The actual lighting effect of the luminaire is poor, and the ground illuminance does not meet the design requirements. The reason for the analysis is that the illuminating surface is too large, the central light intensity is insufficient, and the projection distance is insufficient.

In 2017, Zhongke Core Source will focus on high-light lighting, sports lighting and other fields to provide LED lighting solutions with higher light quality, more accurate light distribution and higher central light intensity.

With the rising prices of raw materials such as chips, gold wire, encapsulants, and brackets, as well as the increase in labor costs, the price of packaging will also rise. At present, chip manufacturers are undergoing large-scale expansion and mergers and acquisitions. The chip market will gradually be controlled by several large manufacturers. The same is true for package manufacturers. Slowly, the industry becomes a centralized market, and pricing power is in the hands of several large manufacturers.

Although the price of raw materials is rising, we have not made a price adjustment plan. At present, the price increase of raw materials is not large in the cost of our products, so the impact is not too big.

It is estimated that the 2017 meeting will be an outbreak of roads and landscape lighting, as the road lighting EMC transformation policies of various provinces have been introduced, and the ten cities in the past few years have also entered the replacement cycle, plus the G20 summit Hangzhou night scene. The influence of each tourist city wants to create a lighting tourism market, thereby increasing the market space for outdoor landscape lighting.
