[Zhang Dabing]: Hello everyone, I am Zhang Dabing from Wanlong Huiyang Lighting and Lighting Wholesale City. To introduce myself briefly, I started to work in 1992, went out of school, and continued to work in the circulation industry after graduation. Start with the mall, and start with the lowest salesperson, starting with the sale of cold drinks. From sales staff, cabinet leader, department manager, manager, all positions have been done, retail work has been done in 2003. This decade is China's retail industry, the new format from the emergence to the stage of growth, and is a decade of rapid growth, is the era of intense competition in retail business.
China's transition from a planned economy to a market economy is also a stage in which retail companies are beginning to fully play and innovate. In the mid-1990s, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and emerging businesses began to emerge. I was the first to participate in the first warehouse supermarket in Beijing, which started with a department. From my personal experience, I have not worked in other industries since I joined the work. I only do product distribution and sales, and provide consumers with rich products and satisfactory services. Therefore, after more than ten years of work, I feel personally. In terms of, I like this industry very much.
I have a little bit of knowledge about other industries, but I have also weighed myself. What kind of business is it suitable for? What kind of industry do you do? From the profession I have studied, from my own internal environment and the external environment, I think it is more suitable for circulation and commodity sales. However, from 2003, for various reasons, I switched from supermarket project development to market project development.
I have opened several markets, and I also led the staff to start together, but the area is not particularly large, it is a medium-sized market, the area is basically 5,000-10,000 square meters, and the industry involves more, such as shoe city, computer city, etc. , including office development, but this is limited to these market projects made within a year or two. Since 2005, we have seen the prospects of the lighting industry. Through market research, selecting a store location, and opening a 40,000 square meter lighting city, we have opened up the market for lamps. These are simple resumes for me.

[Moderator]: You seem to take a heavy job. We just wanted you to make a perceptual self-introduction. You are talking about work. What other hobbies besides work?

[Zhang Dabing]: My hobby actually has such two pieces. One, I don't particularly like sports people, but I only have one leisure style, reading books, watching TV, this is what I like, every night news, as well as our financial figures and economic news. This is what I have to watch. Reading, watching TV is actually a hobby for me or a way to relax after work. When it comes to sports, I only do sports with our employees and colleagues during routine activities, because our company basically organizes a physical activity for one week, such as playing badminton and swimming. I will go now. Because of the nature of the work, I may have to spend a lot of time on sports, because I have to supervise several other companies. I also have a hobby to go online. In fact, the Internet is mainly to collect information and news about major industries.
[Moderator]: You said that you have been working in the circulation industry since the school came out until 2003. Doing the circulation industry for so long has brought you some happiness.
[Zhang Dabing]: Yes, I have the deepest experience. From the point of view of performance, this performance is not a simple indicator. I have experienced a kind of happiness in the pursuit of performance. From my own perspective on work standards, I am very interested in it. For example, to do sales, we have plans every year, selling a commodity, operating a supermarket or a shopping mall, how many tasks the superior gave me this year, I completed through the operation, it is a kind for me. Happy things, to a certain extent, I have my own goal. Say what the daily sales of this store should be, because sales is a measure of performance, you can feel, for example, I sell 1 million today, I want to sell 1.1 million tomorrow, I want to sell 1.2 million the day after tomorrow. This kind of happiness is always able to feel that you are challenging the limit, because this number has no limit, but as a store, it is definitely there, because the consumption structure and the surrounding consumption structure and consumption level determine the consumption ability of this place. What is the maximum?
However, I believe that it is my happiest to maximize the profits of a store and maximize the benefits and services of consumers through the efforts of all employees through their own efforts. I remember the earliest time, when was it because of something? I wrote my own hobby. At that time, we had a lot of people and about 3,000 employees. At that time, I used a word, that is, "I love retail." Later, these leaders often mentioned it, and now I still have this. : "Zhang Dabing said that other things are not remembered, just remember Zhang Dabing loves retail." How do you love the law? Maybe only my own experience is the clearest. Take this figure, because I think it is the most interesting, this is my pursuit. Today is a number. Tomorrow is beyond today’s number. This is a pursuit. I feel that when I surpass myself, there is no such thing in my heart. Happy again, happy again. So getting happiness at work is one thing. One more time, we have always advocated how to find happiness in life at work. Then how can I find happiness in my life at work. Another is how to integrate work into your own life during the life process. These two are mutual.

[Moderator]: How can I find happiness in life at work, what skills?

[Zhang Dabing]: Skills can't be talked about, but I often talk about some of my own experiences, because our employees see that I stay in the unit every day, there is basically no rest day, how do I do it? Indeed, because I want to be able to communicate with employees, I am basically working every day. This is not a boast, why? Because I think that I am not smart, so I have to think a little bit more than others, think a little more.
When I said that I was working on this job, when I started to take charge of a store myself, I had a maxim. This maxim is not a famous sentence. It is "finding things and doing things well." This is my own work motto, but Why do I take this as my life motto? Mainly, I am not slacking myself. Why do I find something to do? Because a store must go from initial preparation to initial cultivation to maturity, and through these stages, especially when a store is mature and growing, it is easy to take care of what the store should look for during the incubation period.
