A Hadrian can build a four-bedroom house in two days at a rate of 1,000 bricks per hour. This means that it can make 150 houses a year, which is equivalent to the speed of 20 skilled workers - and it does not have to eat, sleep, rest, not lazy, and each brick is stacked with an accuracy of 0.5 mm.
Mike Pivac's company, Fastbrick Robotics, was listed on the backdoor investment company DMY Capital and raised $5.75 million. The funds will be used to build Hadrian 109, and the first robots are expected to be launched in Western Australia next year.
Pivac says that using robotic enclosures can be faster and more accurate than traditional methods. “Home buyers are the real beneficiaries.
