The “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†is an important stage in the development of the domestic semiconductor lighting industry. The standard will be an important task to promote the development of the industry. The standard-setting work during the “10th Five-Year Plan†period has been supported by the project management office. The working group will, with the support of the Science and Technology Department, coordinate and guide the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Coordination Leading Group Office to make standards development work. For the scope of the standards set by the working group, Director Ding pointed out that the midstream of the industry is easy to define, and the standards for downstream applications need further discussion and research.
Deputy Director Wu Ling of the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Coordination Leading Group Office believes that the establishment of the working group is very timely and necessary. Many private enterprises have seen huge market opportunities for the future development of this industry. The investment is very active, but there is no corresponding detection method and detection. Means, the grades of products are very different, the threshold for entering the industry is also very low, it is easy to appear chaos in the market, and competition will enter a disordered state. Therefore, standard work is very important, especially the patent strategy based on standards. The “Eleventh Five-Year†semiconductor lighting project has been launched, and the Ministry of Science and Technology attaches great importance to the work of the “Eleventh Five-Year Planâ€. The focus is on the breakthrough of upstream core technologies and the integration of common technologies that are urgently needed in the market, and strengthens the effective organization of the industry. Because semiconductor lighting engineering has the characteristics of cross-industry, cross-sector and cross-sector, it needs the intervention of industry departments and associations. This is also the purpose of the establishment of the standard work steering group of the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Coordination Leading Group, that is, to coordinate the work of relevant departments and associations. . The Coordination Leading Group Office and the Project Management Office will fully support the work of the working group, and hope that during the standard setting process, the cooperation between the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain will be strengthened, and the division of work and coordination will be done well.
