The industry is optimistic about the market potential of embedded optical multi-touch technology

The nation’s mad touch, capacitive touch panel (T/P) has rapidly become red in recent years, and it has been overshadowed by resistive light, but soon, in-cell optical multi-touch technology (In-cell) may become another A shining star. Industry experts pointed out that In-cell has already passed the research and development stage. This year, as mass production enters a large number of applications, it will become the most powerful shocking projectile in the touch field.

Only two manufacturers in the world have mass production capabilities for in-line touch products. One is Sharp of Japan and the other is Jianyang Company of Bamboo Branch. Jian Yang's In-cell is a photodetector in the Array segment of the LCD panel. Unlike conventional resistive or capacitive T/P, no need for lamination, process simplicity, thinner, lower cost, and no extra thickness , can support multi-finger, stylus and laser input.

Jianyang is produced in a standard process. Compared with Sharp, LTPS or CG processes are used, and the cost and yield are more competitive. A few manufacturers combine optical detectors with color filters, but their overall competitiveness is inferior.

Huang Naijie, executive vice president of Jian Yang, said that the technology can produce 1-100 inch panels, no size restrictions, no correction, no offset and deterioration caused by mechanical action pressing, from the small size of mobile phones to 55 TVs, swords Yang can supply.

At the end of 2009, Jian Yang completed the 21.5 inch In-cell screen with pen touch support, which is the world's largest size. Finger touch technology development was completed in 2010. In the third quarter of this year, the company will mass-produce more finger-touch models (5-55 inches), and in 2012 will complete the mobile version (1-5 inches) In-cell solution. The company also achieved Microsoft Windows 7 certification in 2009.

Jianyang positioned itself as an IC designer and developed its own touch IC with In-cell. In-cell was commissioned by a professional panel factory. The company stated that in 2013, it will further integrate LCD driver ICs into All-in-one ICs, setting the technological threshold for its greatest advantage. Jianyang currently has a share capital of 480 million. With the introduction of large-size LCD TVs, monitors, and notebook makers in large-size applications, this year's revenue and profit will increase significantly.

Huang Naijie said that when Jian Yang invested in In-cell research and development in 2003, touch applications were still not universal. At present, touch is almost a market learning, but those who know In-cell are still a minority, and it is even more difficult to enter.

System makers know the advantages of In-cell and drive market penetration continuously. The industry believes that In-cell touch technology will enable the touch industry to reverse its layout and create a revolutionary impact on the design and application of the system.

Enviromental Conditions

The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 70°C.

While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 160°C(5 seconds maximum duration);

The minimum bending radius for laying cable(D is diameter):single core unarmoured cable should be 20D,multi-core unarmoured cable should be 15D,single core armoured cable should be 15D,multi-core armoured cable should be 12D;

The environment temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0°C.

 

2. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable / Rated Voltage 3.6/6~26/35kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable :

The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 90°C.

While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 250°C(5 seconds maximum duration);

 

3. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV and Frequency Inverter Control System Power Cable:

Designed with fully symmetric space structure, cable has excellent electromagnetic compatibility;

Low and uniform positive sequence and zero-sequence impedances have greatly improved power quality compared with ordinary four-core cable;

 

The environment temperature for laying cable; PVC and XLPE insulation is 0°C;

The maximum working temperature of cable; PVC insulation is 70°C,XLPE insulation is 90°C;

Low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable: PH value of burning gas ≥4.3,conductivity≤10us/mm, minimum light transmittance shall not be less than 60% while product burning;

The minimum bending radius for laying cable is 12D (D is diameter).
