REVO is a new generation of dynamic head and probe systems from Renishaw. This revolutionary new product design not only enables CMMs to achieve maximum measurement efficiency, but also maintains extremely high system accuracy.
REVO uses synchronous motion and Renscan5TM measurement technology to greatly reduce the dynamic effects of CMMs at ultra-high measurement speeds. This is achieved by allowing the REVO head to perform slow linear motions on the coordinate measuring machine while performing extremely demanding fast motions. System accuracy and flexibility are further enhanced with flexible end sensing technology. The detachable probe system is equipped with a low-cost exchange frame for increased system flexibility.
