If the human eye looks at such a light source for a long time, it is inevitable that the eye will be damaged by blue light.

In addition, the longer the LED lamp is lit, the faster the phosphor in the light source decays, and as a result, the light in the blue light band that is in contact with the human eye becomes more and more intense, thereby causing damage to the human eye. Therefore, long-term work under the LED light containing blue light, it is easy to cause dizziness, uncomfortable feeling, and even cause eye damage, so the chance of suffering from eye disease will be improved. Remind, don't let your eyes look at the bright LED light source for a long time to avoid eye damage.

Therefore, for normal people, blocking long-time exposure to blue light is the most effective way to reduce damage, and the use of anti-blue light glasses can effectively solve this problem.
